Plan

Linking together multiple sources of desktop information will limit project memory loss, and facilitate design optimisation. The objective is to get to the optimised design as soon as possible to limit the number of design iterations that require evaluation, and reduce future project drop-out. Design

Turning concept and planning approved designs into detailed design information that can be used for construction. 3D authoring software is used to create the building information models that can then allow drawing creation, quantity take-off, engineering analysis and design code audits. Design reviews enable key stakeholders to review designs using virtual mock-ups and flythroughs. Potential value we can offer:

Construct

This phase implements theoretical design and hands over an accurate record model of the built asset. 3D coordination is used to identify and resolve clashes between designers, and phase planning (4D modelling) is used to show time based construction sequences. Digital information is shared with sub contractors and fabricators to improve quality and lead times. The use of field software during construction and commissioning facilitates compliance to contract documents, safety regulations, and client quality requirements. Potential value we can offer:
